Bridging East and West Through Heritage and Understanding
Hafez Foundation arose from the recognition that a wide gap exists between how Westerners see the East and how Easterners see the West. Our mission is to bridge that gap by correcting misperceptions on both sides and by cultivating an appreciation for the beauty and significance of Eastern and Western heritages.
We desire to take action in safeguarding our heritage before it is lost. Through student-conceived and student-operated initiatives, we preserve works of art, literature, and architecture that represent centuries of cultural wisdom.
To serve everyone through projects and writings that promote intercultural recognition and respect. We educate young adults across the nation on the beauty and significance of traditional cultural heritage, fostering understanding in both corners of the world.
